Pat has over twenty five year's experience from all sides of advertising production. He has been a board director of two agencies and worked as a producer for Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT London and Paris, and Leo Burnett Frankfurt. He became Director of Broadcast for Leo Burnett London and Partners BDDH. Pat also has production experience from the client side having been a Global Advertising Production Manager for Procter and Gamble.
Adam joined MCA in 2012 as Regional Business Leader for Asia Pacific based in Singapore, and became CEO/co-owner one year ago. He counts 28 year's experience in advertising, procurement, marketing and production, including four years as Global Advertising Procurement Director of Diageo PLC and two years as UK CEO of Mundocom, Publicis Groupe’s global production arm.
Paul practiced as a barrister at the criminal bar before joining County Bank, the NatWest group’s merchant banking arm. He has spent the majority of his career in the media sector, in which he formed and successfully sold his own production company. He was Group MD of quoted media services group, VTR plc, of which he arranged the sale of a majority stake to a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company.

Janet has 15 years' experience in digital creative and production. She ran the Virgin Atlantic global eCRM account at Gyro; she has worked with NBC Universal, The Financial Times, Paramount Pictures, Carlsberg and Penhaligon's to activate global digital strategies and she's led teams that have implemented global brand and campaign activation across local markets. At MCA, Janet works with PepsiCo, IKEA, Kellogg's, BP Fuels and Mondelez, and their agency partners. Janet continues to work with luxury brands and retailers who want to create content using creative tech, to ensure her understanding of digital platforms, channels and innovation is continually optimised.
