Dan Deitchman

Vice President, Consulting Producer

Dan brings over 30 years’ experience in worldwide film production in all formats including print, television commercials, music videos, industrials, and corporate films including campaigns for PepsiCo, Coca Cola, Unilever, Citibank, Verizon, Sentry Insurance, Chase Bank, GEICO and Merrill Lynch.

He has a wide-ranging background, including advertising agency, television/film & print production, plus post production with a specialization in digital visual effects and computer animation.

He is an active member of the Directors Guild of America and has served as Executive Producer & Partner running production companies in the United States and abroad.

Terry Rust

Senior Production Consultant

Terry has 30 years' experience across all sides of the advertising production field: test production, production company executive producer, post production executive producer, agency producer and agency business manager global operations

She's enabled global clients to uncover inefficiencies, pioneer new technologies, develop new business models and create partnerships that are beneficial for both agencies and brands.

Terry has industry experience in CPG, Auto, Pharma, Non Profit, Financial, Fast Food, Toys, Telecommunications and Retail.

Scott Fishman

Integrated Consulting Producer - Print

Scott has over 20 years’ experience in advertising print production from studio design and leading teams of creative designers, copy writers and production managers to project management and financial planning.

For 13 years Scott built and developed Fish Inc., his own full service agency, creating a virtual agency environment delivering integrated communications for clients such as Newins Insurance, Case-Mate, Salon Echo, and Lingraph

Before that Scott Publicis Mid-America moving to Cramer-Kraselt Advertising as Head of Production in Chicago, then Senior VP Production at Bagby and Co before becoming Director of Client Services at Studio Satellite.

Michelle Collins

US Digital Consultant

Michelle has 17 years experience in strategy, procurement, marketing and production, in USA.. She joined MCA in 2016 as the USA, NYC based consultant providing digital technologies, immersive, experiential and mobile expertise.

She has spent over 13 years as an independent consultant, providing project management, brand strategies, digital campaign creative production, social media integration, and physical AV experience installations.

Nick Scotting

Integrated Print & Experiential Consultant

Nick has over 20-years experience specializing in print, out-of-home, POS, collateral, experiential production, and operations management.

He has worked at Ogilvy & Mather and Wieden + Kennedy, and as the Director of Print, Art Buying, and Experiential at JWT New York

He has managed end-to-end print, experiential/interactive event production, and art buying across major brands, including Google, Microsoft, Ford, IBM, Nike, Rolex, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, Energizer, and Puma.

Paul Papanek

AV Content Production Consultant

Paul joins us with over 30 years production experience as an executive producer, line producer, director, and assistant director, as well as 5 years as a senior production consultant on brands such as Fiat Chrysler, HP, Microsoft, Constellation Brands, Verizon, Gatorade, and Frito-Lay.

As a producer, Paul was responsible for overseeing production budgets and all aspects of agency and client contact, and as a consultant, for the entire production process. He has dealt with multiple agency creative, account, and production teams, and knows how to manage expectations to ensure that that everyone’s goal are not only met but exceeded.

Paul started his career as the founder of his own production company, Papanek and Young, and has worked across the world from Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines to Argentina, Japan, Chile, Canada, and all over Mexico.

Tim Speidel

TV/Film Specialist

Joining us last year, Tim has more than 25 years' experience in advertising.

At Griffin Bacal Tim became head of production, managing hundreds of commercial packages for clients like Hasbro animation including such popular phenomenon as Transformers and G I Joe.

In the 2000’s he moved to DDB NY and then Arnold NYC, running production Departments and becoming a pioneer in long form content bringing directors together with sponsors such as GSK and Hershey to produce branded and unbranded entertainment for broadcast, digital and theatrical release. He then became an executive producer, developing content for clients such as Dove, Sanofi and Bristol Myers Squibb.

After ten years of successful collaboration spanning 2 agencies Hershey asked Tim to cross over and work directly for them on all phases of production.

William Cranor

Content Specialist

William has joined MCA with over 30 years’ experience in the advertising production industry. He brings especial expertise in film content for digital.

After starting off at Dalton Fenske as a Production Manager and stint as an EP at LTB, William became President of Spy Films.

He then founded Ad Beast before running Brown Entertainment as MD, before founding his own digital content company Cartlege.

William has executive produced over 1200 TV commercials, and, co-founded 3 commercial production companies and one editorial company.

Our People

Hugely experienced in the fields of TV, print and digital production, our dozens of consultants, from Sydney to São Paulo, have an average of over 20 years' experience in the field.

As well as this frontline production experience, our management have held senior roles in client procurement and marketing, as well as within advertising agencies. We know what's important to all stakeholders, and unlike many competitors, are able to support our frontline consultants with a team of highly experienced client-facing account directors and regional business leaders.

Pat Murphy


Pat has over twenty five year's experience from all sides of advertising production. He has been a board director of two agencies and worked as a producer for Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT London and Paris, and Leo Burnett Frankfurt. He became Director of Broadcast for Leo Burnett London and Partners BDDH. Pat also has production experience from the client side having been a Global Advertising Production Manager for Procter and Gamble.

Adam Kirby


Adam joined MCA in 2012 as Regional Business Leader for Asia Pacific based in Singapore, and became CEO/co-owner one year ago. He counts 28 year's experience in advertising, procurement, marketing and production, including four years as Global Advertising Procurement Director of Diageo PLC and two years as UK CEO of Mundocom, Publicis Groupe’s global production arm.

Ian Maynard

Global Client Services Director

Ian joined in 2015 and has over thirty years’ experience in advertising agency client service. He now has responsibility for our US business.

He has worked at JWT on Unilever and PepsiCo, Publicis and Euro RSCG (now Havas Advertising) where he led the Peugeot account, pitched and won Alberto Culver and Del Monte, ran18 global brands for Cadbury and was a key member of the Havas agency management team that transformed the business from advertising into a complete marketing services offering.

He helped set up Hyundai and KIA’s European in-house operation, Innocean, as well as working on the client side as a member of Rolls- Royce Motor Cars Global Brand Team on the launch of the Phantom.

Paul Tracey


Paul practiced as a barrister at the criminal bar before joining County Bank, the NatWest group’s merchant banking arm. He has spent the majority of his career in the media sector, in which he formed and successfully sold his own production company. He was Group MD of quoted media services group, VTR plc, of which he arranged the sale of a majority stake to a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company.

David Talbot Clarke

Global Operations Director

David has over 19 year's experience working across TV and film production and post production, broadcast and advertising reversioning, asset management consultancy and integrated TV, print and digital fulfilment

Formerly Client Services Director at VTR’s repurposing facility The Machine Room, David managed global reversioning and implementation accounts for the likes of Adidas, Vodafone, Walt Disney and Sony MGM

Janet Inglis

Lead Digital Consultant

Janet has 15 years' experience in digital creative and production. She ran the Virgin Atlantic global eCRM account at Gyro; she has worked with NBC Universal, The Financial Times, Paramount Pictures, Carlsberg and Penhaligon's to activate global digital strategies and she's led teams that have implemented global brand and campaign activation across local markets. At MCA, Janet works with PepsiCo, IKEA, Kellogg's, BP Fuels and Mondelez, and their agency partners. Janet continues to work with luxury brands and retailers who want to create content using creative tech, to ensure her understanding of digital platforms, channels and innovation is continually optimised.

We were founded with a simple insight: that a consultancy which can marry procurement rigour with creative sensitivity would prove invaluable to corporates seeking more economic ways of executing high quality creative work. The World Advertising Research Center is the leading supplier of information, knowledge, insight and data to the global marketing, advertising, media and research communities.
